Well being that I missed a week is it a good idea to work out twice in one day? Yes! It wont make up for what I missed but it will get me back on track. I had the boy join the kids club because that was my excuse for not going when he was around. I knew he was going to be joining soon anyways as there is Thanks Giving week off of school winter break spring break and summer so I would be with him some times I might as well just bite the bullet and have him go.
It went well I have lost 3 lbs from joining so we will hophly keep that up and loose 3-5 lbs a week! That would be awsome!
I would like to be 70 lbs lighter about 10 sizes smaller so we will see! Besides I still have a surgery to go through. I do work out I am just careful of my back and arms. Soon or latter I will be back on track and hophly I will be what I was before I hurt myself at work. That would be the best.
So if your reading this and just wanna loose some weight re cap. You CAN eat right and loose 30 lbs if you just stick to it but it will be hard and long If you excersize no mater how big or small it is it will help you in the long run

Keep moving
It has been a week from when I joined the Gym! I have lost 3 lbs ( a bit more but Ill let the .5 be alone) I have not gone every day. I went the first day then again with my husband Over the weekend I didnt go. Monday Tuesday and wed I went but Today Im taking a day off. Maybe tonight I will go. My legs are killing me. Mostly what I do is try and burn at least 100 cal on the tread Mill and then go work out my legs until yesterday I did my arms which is why I am taking a break with my shoulder I need it. I did my abs yesterday my legs and arms so I am soooo good.
One of the girls I work with from time to time works out at the Gym so maybe Ill go work out with her after the kids get dropped off........
