Now I am at
188.5 lbs ( sadly lost 5 lbs)
Abs 42" (4" loss)
Chest stayed the same
Arm 14"
And now Im adding
Thy at 30"
Lets hope I get a better result next month! If not I will do better at the video again! Its been hard to get the video in every day as I have to get ready for work then get the boy ready for school, Take him to school go to work pick up boy from my sister-in-law or brother-in-law and he doesnt wanna go home. Then when I make it home I have to cook clean and get home work done its a fight every day to get what I can done. So the video took a back seat.

Keeping moving
On rainy days I wonder if I can keep myself moving. Today was no exception. It has been raining hard and all day. After months of moving and just keeping up with the world I find myself just sitting back. And I had decided its ok to take a break one day. Not because it is raining but because sometimes its just wonderful to just relax.
Over the weekend I had bought some of those new Walking shoes. Im trying out the Skecher shape-ups. Yesterday I walked a mall and by the end of that my butt was killing me. Then I went to Great America and kept walking! I dont know yet how well they will work. I wish I could comapir them to the Rebock ones but Im only one person! So here gose 30 days of wearing them and seeing how well they hold up!
I will measure and weigh in on Monday!
So today I went from a size 18 - a size 14! It feels great! Im glad I still have my smaller pants!
Wed I do my Yoga and every day I will work out! I thank everyone for there support!
My mother in law would be so happy if I had another baby right now! And that would be not good for my weight loss. My sister in law is having a baby and so here gose my partner in my working out but she is still there for support!

Yoga Today!
Once a week I go out with my sister-in-law to Yoga. We have been doing this for the last few weeks! Today is week #4 I believe! Any how I am looking forward to yoga with my wonderful friend! And her friends which have started becoming my friends as well.......
Today I am wearing a size pants that almost dont fit. It will help me keep on track! Im excited because in just 3 months I have gone down 3 sizes! From a 18-14! It not like it was all that hard! All I had to do was eat smart. Excersize a bit more. And more means walking further walking insted of driving or riding the bike. Because seriously I have no reason to drive 1/2 a mile to drop the boy off to school deal with all the other parents who drive and drive back? I can burn cal. insted of gas!
I have been making sure we eat our 5 and 5 servings of fruites and veggies! Every meal has a grain, Protiene, Veg, fruite, glas of milk. Its easy! Dinner is always at 630! I make it startimg at 530! Quick and easy cook books! Sometimes a crock pot is set up the night before and then we plug it in before we head out the door!
I have not been loosing much weight. However this weekend I will measure myself and see where I sit!
Im thinking about having my sister-in-law join me on this adventure now that she is doing yoga. Its not like she has to loose 50 lbs by Christmas but it would be nice to log her start and see how well she dose!

2nd month!
Two months down! I cant believe its been two month! I havent lost much weight as the second month has been hard but with the house guest gone and life going back to normal I hope that all will go back on track.
So here is the stats........
I have lost 16 lbs. That is not where I had planed to be at this time. So tomorrow morning I hope to pop in the 30 day shred video and start all over. I should be on the 3rd part by now and lost over 30 lbs however last month was a bust. So tomorrow I will start again on #1.
I have gone from a size 18 to a size 14..........Which is a huge thing. Now mind you the 14 size I have is stretched to its limit and I cant put all the 14 cloths on so I guess I am really a 16 however it is helping me to think I can wear a 14! I need to be in the size 12 by December.
So when my child was born in 2005 I had weighed over 250 lbs. I lost the 50 lbs quickly then went on strike and gained a lot back and in 2006 I started to loose weight again. I'm not sure exactly how much I have lost over the last few years! But I know I couldn't fit in my pants at all. I was wearing my sweet pants after work.
So to keep myself motivated and everyone who is following me I am going to just have to say I have lost almost 100 lbs in the last 4 years. And being that just eating right was not working as well as I had hoped now I am adding aerobic activity as well.
Starting last Wednesday I started doing Yoga with my sister-in-law and I am hopping my other sister-in-law and mother-in-law joins us next Wednesday. I would like to think I will continue the yoga on my own maybe Mondays and Fridays however I am not sure. I had done yoga for years before I herniated the disks in my back ( L4,L5 and S1) and dislocated my shoulder. After my shoulder I had continued trying to do yoga as I didnt want to loose my girlish figure. But it is hard when you can not do some things like lift your arm above your head.
So with all my injures I still manage to try to stay active.
I have never been very limber even though I have done yoga from age 9 but hey your only as limber as you are. Thats just how it is. I remember one of my dance classes my instructor was so limber and then she got hurt. Her replacement was dancing like 5 or more years more then my old instructor and I was more limber then she was.
So here is the plan..........
Monday I will do 20 min of the shred
Tuesday I will break maybe do some yoga
Wed I will do 20 min shred and yoga
Thursday I will break
Friday I will do 20 min shred and yoga
Sat 20 min shred
Sunday 20 min shred
I hope to be back on program by next week. wish me luck
