A change in plans

I started this blog hopping to keep myself working out. Well Although I have been loosing the weight I havent exactly stuck to my plans. So now I have decided for 30 days I will try one thing that should help me loose weight or not. I will see how it helps or doesnt. I will blog about it and so on.
This month I am wearing the new walking shoes. Shape Ups. I will see if its all talk and hype or if they realy work. I still hope to lose weight however I am going to do it all with a twist.
If anyone wants me to try some weight loss diet or something ( that I can do) please recomend it.
Next month I plan on eating nothing but School food. I figure to many people say its un healthy and say there kids are fat and blah blah. I will blow it out of the water. I wont put any weight on. I bet I will loose some in the process......However if someone has a better idea I will be more then happy to do something different. Being that next month is December and two weeks school will be out so it will be hard to eat nothing but school food.
For the next 30 days I will just walk.......here is to happy healthy walking
