Challamge ended.

Welp here is the deal! At 300-355 cal a meal for lunch I ate every day ( and it was hard!) I end the 3 weeks with no weight gain what so ever! I had breakfast which I dont eat and lunch every day. I got the kids to eat fruits and vegies and they are even getting along better.
When I was in school people said nothing about the school food. Now my generation is saying its all fatening. Why???? Because when they were in school they had cookies soda and all kinds of junk we dont have in the school any more. Now mind you how healthy is a cheese burger? Not so healthy in my opnion. However it is kinda. You have your meat ( portiene) and bun ( grain). How easy is it to cook for 1k people? Not! The kids put on the weight in my opnion because they have no healthy eating habbits. They are left to choose at school what they wanna eat. So they choose the meal and no veggies or fruites. In elementry school they are required to get one of the fruites or veggies. But once they hit middle school its all on them.
So if your kids are over weight I say this. its eather bad eating habbits or genitics. There is no reason why the kids should be shuveling the food in there mouth. Are they getting milk or are they bringing juice? Are they drinking soda? What do the kids eat at home?
