Working out twice?

Well being that I missed a week is it a good idea to work out twice in one day? Yes! It wont make up for what I missed but it will get me back on track. I had the boy join the kids club because that was my excuse for not going when he was around. I knew he was going to be joining soon anyways as there is Thanks Giving week off of school winter break spring break and summer so I would be with him some times I might as well just bite the bullet and have him go.
It went well I have lost 3 lbs from joining so we will hophly keep that up and loose 3-5 lbs a week! That would be awsome!
I would like to be 70 lbs lighter about 10 sizes smaller so we will see! Besides I still have a surgery to go through. I do work out I am just careful of my back and arms. Soon or latter I will be back on track and hophly I will be what I was before I hurt myself at work. That would be the best.
So if your reading this and just wanna loose some weight re cap. You CAN eat right and loose 30 lbs if you just stick to it but it will be hard and long If you excersize no mater how big or small it is it will help you in the long run

Keep moving

It has been a week from when I joined the Gym! I have lost 3 lbs ( a bit more but Ill let the .5 be alone) I have not gone every day. I went the first day then again with my husband Over the weekend I didnt go. Monday Tuesday and wed I went but Today Im taking a day off. Maybe tonight I will go. My legs are killing me. Mostly what I do is try and burn at least 100 cal on the tread Mill and then go work out my legs until yesterday I did my arms which is why I am taking a break with my shoulder I need it. I did my abs yesterday my legs and arms so I am soooo good.
One of the girls I work with from time to time works out at the Gym so maybe Ill go work out with her after the kids get dropped off........

The Gym

I went to the Gym to go work out yesterday and the kid daycare spot wasnt open. So working out with my husband will be hard. And I dont think he will go with out me so Im not sure what will happen. But anyways I managed to work out one time because the BIG reason I havent joined a gym. I have everyone pulling me and I have to do things on there time not when I have the time. So my house is a mess and my life sucks. But Im thinking tomorrow I will make it to the gym even with the boy. Maybe I will work out twice once alone and once with my husband. But Tuesday is the first day of school and I will go drop the boy off then go to the gym then change and go to work then go and read a book while I wait for the boy to get out. And then go home fold cloths and clean the house get the boy ready for school the next day and maybe go work out with my husband!
But today I will hang out at home maybe go walk around Lowes! My grandma wants me to come over so maybe I will run over.

Joined a Gym

Yes I broke down and joined a gym. It seamed when ever I would try and work out here someone was home and I had no tv to myself. Or when I thought I would be here alone someone would show up and I sooo dont want or need someone sitting on the couch making fun of me. Eventhough they are way over weight themself! When I would want to walk the dog I had other things get in the way. I hope I will still be able to walk the dog just not for excersize alone.
Yesterday I worked out with Matt. And he sooo had NO clue as to what he wanted to do which means I sooooo dont wanna work out with him all the time. Im thinking he has no idea he needs to loose his 12 pack! Because its beer made not attractive at all. However I have no room to talk because I am so over weight now. So here is to my first work out! I burned 100 cal on the tread mille. I hope to go again today! Maybe soon!

Did you know???

Did you know that although you can burn off cal swimming that unless you have a work out inplace the swimming will only keep you in the shape you are now?
Did you know you could walk a block or a mile and not loose anything if you only walk with out changing your eating habbits?
Did you know that eating with in 3 hrs before you go to bed will put weight on?
Did you know if you drank 4oz or 8oz of water before you eat a meal you will get full quicker and it can help you in your weight loss?
Did you know if you walked the dog every night after dinner it will help you digets your food and help you loose those lbs?
There is alot of small things you can do but if you dont do them right they wont do anything for you.
Durring the summer I would play in the pool to cool off work in the yard then play in the pool. I would drink nothing but water outside and by the time it was dinner time I would eat way less then anyone. Then the dog got her walk.
Just the act of moving up and down from pulling weeds to planting to working in the garden to swimming moved my mucels then the act of drinking water kept my belly full and kept me hydrated. Then walking the dog would help me digets the food, and because I did it every day it would burn some cal....
I cut out sodas. Even though I drank some I didnt drink them every day.....There is a few things I could do better and durring the winter Ill work more and more to use the every day activitys to help..........I cant do the yoga right now because my sholder has been killing me. I went into the drs and got some quartizone shot but my sholder STILL hurst so I am on my way thins morning to see what can help. But just because its hard to do push ups or something isnt going to stop me! Welp time to see what the dr says

Summer 2011

So here it is summer. Or the end of summer now. I had all these plans of getting into a work out and all kinds of stuff. Did you know its hard to work out when someone is sitting on the couch watching TV. So 1) You cant put in the work out disk because the TV is in use 2) someone is watching and you soo don't want anyone making fun of you while your working out and 3) any excuse to not do it is a good one! Am I right?
So we have this friend who stays with us from time to time. And he has been her ALLOT. Now he has this dog and the dog even gets in the way of working out. I will get on the floor and theres my dog and his dog. The living room is trashed because I am tired of cleaning up everyones mess. I mean seriously how hard is it to put your dishes in the dish washer? Or better yet pick up your trash and throw it out? My son is starting to trash the house as well and I just am going deeper and deeper into depression. My husband comes home and if the friend is here he takes off with him or gose outside with him ( he will even eat dinner with the friend not the family!) So I haven't been working out........
However as soon as I finish this I am poping in the video and away we go!
I think I can work out after work. I KNOW I could do it if I had a treadmill but my husband just got me an inversion table instead of the treadmill. Like I was looking at it. And I cant adjust it so when he or his friends come over and un adjust it I cant use it........I only have use of one arm and because of that I cant pull the pin and push up the foot rest. Because of the one arm thing working out is a hard thing to do period and everyone knows I want a treadmill. But I don't get one.
This weekend were gonna go camping. I haven't gone in like a year anywhere with my family alone and I'm hoping I have the energy to keep up with them.........
Whelp wish me luck because I'm gonna go work out.

Keeping the motivementum

Im finding it hard at times to keep working out. With work a child school caring for a house and husband its a lot of work. However its only 20-30 min and Im finding that I can. Today was a nice day outside so I sent the boy out to play while I worked out. Then before bed time we walked the dog. Its little stuff to just keep moving.
I got the kitchen cleaned home work done and boy off to bed and I managed to find the 20 min to do the work out.
Just keep the motivementum up and it is all possible if you really want to look good feal better and be healthy.
Boy dose my legs hurt though.
On a good note its all done and now I can spend a few min with my husband before bed time.

Diet Frendly snack chips???

First sorry its been a few months! My computer was down and I cant get the lap top to work well enough to post a long informative post w/out fear of loosing it. The lap top will loose signal and boom Im off the web and all I did is gone! Im sure you all know I may be a skeptic. However I am willing to give this one a try. We will see if it holds up....... Im all for a good diet ( or life changing) snack food but this is just crazy!!!! However with any snack food if they say 6 oz or 6 chips are 100 cal than how on earth are they really a diet as you have to keep your self to that 6 chips!! The first one says 120 cal per serving and that is about 19 chips! So Im ganna say not a good diet chip however the second one on the list is promising. It says 120 cal for 1 oz serving which is 1 bag!!!!!!!!! Hooooorrrrraaaahhhhhhh..........( I was in the Marines so forgive me) Its a baked vanilla frosting chip! Im ganna go shopping this week let me tell you! So what I am saying is just because they say its diet friendly doesnt make it so. I see alot of things that say 120 cal for 1 serving and the serving is like 1 oz which means to you or me? We need a scale! Or to know what 1oz is. Luckily most chip bags keep the serving size easy! I mean who will only eat 16 chips? Or 19???Pringles is I believe 8 chips! Oreo cookies 1 cookie! With all snack food your still best with fresh fruites and veggies however who wants a carrot w/out pb or ranch? Who can eat a few strawbarrys w/out something to go with them? Even a glas of milk is fatening! Alll in moderation. This next month I have gone back to the 30 day shread and I am going to try the yoga to go along with it. I figure if in 30 days I loose the same 20 lbs I lost last year with the shread alone maybe thats a good program as we all know doing the same work out for 30 days sucks so I found that Jillian has a huge line of work out videos and she is so pushy that maybe she is a good partner ot instructur to work out with....... Well Im going to carb up and go play with my child. And I hope to be back to this work out with you all
