This last week no house guest! I however havent poped in the video yet because of one thing or another. It always seams like life gets into the way! We are still riding the bike and walking and so much other stuff. I tend to not sit for more then 30 min then I get up do a lot of stuff and sit. 10-15 min I get up. Watching tv every comercial I get up and do stuff! From my last few days I weighed my self and I have lost 3 lbs! I weigh 185 now!
I would love to just have a life w/out having to work out and maintain my weight with my normal activitys! I have been having the boy walk and ride and do stuff with me. Hopping that he keeps active will help me.
My leggs are killing me!
Last night I cooked Mash potatoes ( Not from a box) Corn ( from a can) and chicken fryed steak! Its all healthy! If you make foods from scratch not from a box or quick and easy foods it helps being healthy!
My sister-in-law has lost weight! She has been trying hard I guess.......I should ask her how its going. But its slow so Im not sure I wanna get into it with her.
I like my fast weight loss!
So tonight I may make something quick and easy. However I wont over eat! The key is everything in moderation
SO this week..........along with keeping track of what your taking in see where you could make better choices. Like fresh mash potatoes insted of instant!

Are you still with me????

So its been almost 2 months and the adventure has taken a bad turn. I started out working out every day while my child was at day camp. I did great lost a lot of weight and all was well. My son then started school. I went back to work and we still worked out. And to add to it all we rode a bike ( tandem) to school . As you can see the boy LOVES his new bike. We ride it a lot. And lately that is the exercises were getting.
Back to my rant. I lost a lot of weight and then school started and we were still working out but then when the new month started A old Friend/ ex room mate and his girlfriend got kicked out of there place of residents. And being the nice people we are we invited them to stay for 1 week! Then my husband told them we can not afford to feed them and so on. Well That morning after they showed up I woke up to NO coffee. After I had set it up the morning before. And the living room was taken over the lights un plugged so there computer was plugged in and so on....... Oh OK I can deal no work out. Thats fine I will just get it in the noon time. Nope no work out TV still occupied. Evening? Nope So needless to say were half way through this month and I haven't worked out. They have eaten so much of my food I cant afford to eat and I'm still not loosing weight!
I now ( as of this morning) weigh 188.5 lbs thats a 15 lb loss. I want to be in my size 12 dress by Christmas and that wont happen if I cant get my TV back. My house back, heck I cant even get a tree in here unless they move out because I have some cleaning to do and they just are in the way of getting the play room cleaned out so a tree can go in.
I'm still ridding the bike every day except Fridays. Monday as of right now I am not working and if I dint get a call I will ride to get the boy as well
I have taken this week to see what I normally take in as of my cal count but I cant get an accurate count because of the house guest and I am just about to get all my food in the freezer and lock the door.
I should have known something was up when his girl Friend said " Your going to make me gain my weight back with all these granola bars and whole milk " I didn't buy them for her. I got them for my kid. Sadly he never got any of the milk. I had to buy another gal of milk!
I will try this week to get my life back and my husband will sit down with them and tell them we can not afford the extra food cost water pg&e and told them they had 1 week they need to find a place by the end of the month. That isn't that harsh is it?

Week 6????
I'm sorry guys I went on Vacation on September 3rd. On the 6th is our anniversary and although we had allot of plans that weekend no one in our life let us do what we planed. It was a busy instead of a relaxing vacation. We had friends move in so now it is even harder to work out. I cant get the tv from the friends to work out......
But thats ok they will eat all the food soon so we will just starve. I wont starve but I feel like something has to happen......
So my weigh in. I weighed 186.5 lbs on sept 3rd! That was awesome! Great! Then while on vacation I gained because we had to eat out junky food alot.......long story short we were watching a friends house and the little girl that was to come by and check on the dogs to make sure we didn't need help getting them to eat had to come by every day and so I had to go find something fast to eat so the boy could go to bed........So now I weigh 191! Sigh.............
So Septembers beginning weigh in is 191 for me I guess.
Today I am starting to keep track of my cal count. I guess I can watch that and maybe I can cut down somewhere!
My Mother-In-Law has lost 40 lbs just watching how much cal she takes in.........
So here is this weeks challenge. Write down what you take in for everything every day for the week
Dose it add up to 2k? More? Less?
At the end of this week ( on the weekend) Add everything up see where you can cut back..... I already know I need to cut back on my creamer..........I wont give them up!
