Busy busy week!

This last week no house guest! I however havent poped in the video yet because of one thing or another. It always seams like life gets into the way! We are still riding the bike and walking and so much other stuff. I tend to not sit for more then 30 min then I get up do a lot of stuff and sit. 10-15 min I get up. Watching tv every comercial I get up and do stuff! From my last few days I weighed my self and I have lost 3 lbs! I weigh 185 now!
I would love to just have a life w/out having to work out and maintain my weight with my normal activitys! I have been having the boy walk and ride and do stuff with me. Hopping that he keeps active will help me.
My leggs are killing me!

Last night I cooked Mash potatoes ( Not from a box) Corn ( from a can) and chicken fryed steak! Its all healthy! If you make foods from scratch not from a box or quick and easy foods it helps being healthy!
My sister-in-law has lost weight! She has been trying hard I guess.......I should ask her how its going. But its slow so Im not sure I wanna get into it with her.
I like my fast weight loss!
So tonight I may make something quick and easy. However I wont over eat! The key is everything in moderation
SO this week..........along with keeping track of what your taking in see where you could make better choices. Like fresh mash potatoes insted of instant!
