Week 6????

I'm sorry guys I went on Vacation on September 3rd. On the 6th is our anniversary and although we had allot of plans that weekend no one in our life let us do what we planed. It was a busy instead of a relaxing vacation. We had friends move in so now it is even harder to work out. I cant get the tv from the friends to work out......
But thats ok they will eat all the food soon so we will just starve. I wont starve but I feel like something has to happen......
So my weigh in. I weighed 186.5 lbs on sept 3rd! That was awesome! Great! Then while on vacation I gained because we had to eat out junky food alot.......long story short we were watching a friends house and the little girl that was to come by and check on the dogs to make sure we didn't need help getting them to eat had to come by every day and so I had to go find something fast to eat so the boy could go to bed........So now I weigh 191! Sigh.............
So Septembers beginning weigh in is 191 for me I guess.
Today I am starting to keep track of my cal count. I guess I can watch that and maybe I can cut down somewhere!
My Mother-In-Law has lost 40 lbs just watching how much cal she takes in.........
So here is this weeks challenge. Write down what you take in for everything every day for the week
Dose it add up to 2k? More? Less?
At the end of this week ( on the weekend) Add everything up see where you can cut back..... I already know I need to cut back on my creamer..........I wont give them up!
