End of the first month

It is the end of the first month and although I did great the first few weeks I feel I fell off the horse when the boy went back to school. I need to get home so I can work out after school.
Ok so here is some things we all can do now that school is back in. You want to eat out? Great go for it. You say you want to eat at an all you can eat place? Dont go in your stretchy pants. Wear the cloths that just fit! Once your belly is full you will stop quicker. No time? Fast food? Who says you have to have the meal? Get the Meal for one person supersize it or what ever and then split the frys between you the other grown up and kids. Get the kids apples and eat some of there apples. Share the drink with the other grown up!
Thats the tip of the week folks.
I will go weigh on the first of the month. I do hope I lost 10 lbs! But I fear I didnt. Well I did start riding the bike more so who knows!
Thats the other tip of the week moms. Live that close to school? Bike it in insted of running over in the car. Seriously its not that far and it is a great way to get extra energy in the morning!
Well as for me Tomorrow I will be hooking the boys bike to mine in the am going to the school droping him off going back to my car going to the other school I work at and working then getting off going to get the boy wash my car and maybe I will work out. Lets hope I can get home before 5 this time
