Today is the 3rd day and its the hardest because I'm in so much pain! It was extremely hard to get up this morning. Walking has been hard. Oh and I had to run this morning to get the child off to his class. UGH that was hard! I was screaming "Julianne you need to get off my back!" All I could hear was her saying " Come on you can do it don't stop now!" I did I made it through the drop off.
I came home and popped in the video then decided hey lets check the on demand one and see if its different. So I did the Comcast On Demand one and its the same. But hey it was nice. I got all the way to the last cardeo through it and then I was thinking " Hey I can do this I don't hurt near as much as I did yesterday!"
So I finished the video stretched the legs out abit more and I feel great! Day three and the pain isn't near as bad! So here we go! Now remember my shoulder? I cant use the weights yet! My dr doesn't want me to use more then 2 lbs. And I need to wait till I have been doing the work out for 7 days to add the 2 lbs! So I have been doing all this w/out weights.
I haven't been eating much in the way of junk food but to be honest I have cut Junk food out of my diet along time ago! Friday I will have Mc Donalds because I promised the boy. But thats once this week and I am sure I can find something healthy on the menu!
I have one more day of this work out while the boy is in school and then I need to move it to the morning before he wakes up. Today I will go get all of the boys baby and daycare toys ready to sell off tomorrow. I have no activities planned for the day but thats ok. As long as I am busy and not sitting on the couch it should help! The key here is to not eat so much junk food keep moving and work out hard!
In 30 days I will see 20 lbs loss! I will then cut more junk food out and more moving around in!
The problem is today I find out my husband may loose his job! Which means I will go back to work. Thats more moving for me! My husband will stay home with the school age child ( not fair I had the last 5 years and I was looking forward to some me time!) But one of us needs to be there for him and I can make more money working on cars then he can on Unemployment.
So heres to hopping I can stay home a few more months finish school and my husband keeps his job I loose my 20 lbs this month ( maybe even 30!)
Is there anyone following me? I do hope this is helping someone out there. Besides me! Hey its making me do my work out just hoping someone needs to see this!
Todays advise! Stretch more after the work out is finished! Do joggers stretch 30 seconds each side or a min each side Stretch out those legs more today! And the pain will slowly go away!
