If your still with me its been 2 weeks down! And now starting week 3! Wow where did the time go? 3 weeks! This is great! However if your anything like me now is crunch time. You get the " I can do it a bit later" And Later comes " Ahhh Ill skip today Ive been doing so well" Don't do it a week will slip by! And then you will start loosing ground!
I feel great! I don't know how much I have lost but I do know I'm holding myself better. I'm eating better!
Now I bet your running out of things to do getting tired of the same video or something! Well mix it up! We love to do Yoga in the morning before the boy gos to school!It has been helping him out so much!
I have done some work outs on TV some of the ones I have the key is to keep working out.
As I write this I am watching Julie & Julia! I know its funny so many people started blogging after this movie! But this is not what I am looking for.
If you want honesty I really want to hear my one sister-in-law be jealous at my skinny butt! I know how horrible but if you ever met her you would just be the same as me. What can I do to make this woman mad! She gos out of her way to make us mad so.............

Dont go out to fast food! Make an easy quick healthy meal at home! Try this one
Chicken breast
Orange
Italian Dressing
White wine ( optional)
In a Carroll dish or large deep pan place chicken breast. Pour over dressing to cover chicken. Slilf slicece orange in half. One half slice in rounds! Placing over chicken breast. Other half squeeze over everything. Pour 1/2 cup -1 cup white wine over all ( Optional) and cook in oven at 350 for 45-1 hr depending on how many chicken breast and so on.
Serves over egg noodles or rice well! Use sause over on top!
You dont like chicken! Youll love this recipee! My kid loves it!
Welp off to my coffee!!!! Dont forget Monday is tomorrow! Work out. Go for a walk. If your doing it all you will have more energy to be with your life and not the tv!
