So I bet your wondering what I plan on accomplishing with this blog. Well.........I hope to have people to work out with. I hope to keep myself working out. And finish something I started! Ive never really finished anything I started when I started it. High School? Nope dropped out. I finished years later. Collage? Finished years later. Any project I start I never finish. I have like 5 children's books that need to be re written have pictures and then resubmitted. Not done yet! I do manage to finish most stuff but it takes a back burner! I started wrestling years ago! and I was doing great then I dislocated my shoulder and I haven't stepped into a ring/ done any serious work out nothing from 1999. It is just me!
So here we sit I know I said I didn't want to weigh myself but I couldn't help! I now weigh 189! Thats an average of 1 lb a day loss! But I'm not going to do the weigh in till Sept 2nd! The real trick will be the week of Sept 6th. Thats my 8 year anniversary and we vacation every year that week! I hope I keep it up or I will never fit into that dress by Christmas! I have this dress. Its a size 12! I would love to be able to wear it again! This Christmas would be a nice time!
I think my mother-in-law should work out with me! She needs to loose weight before she has surgery! But I don't know if she would be interested! Maybe I could get her to at least go for walks with us!!!
Well anyways back to the work out. If you have been with me for a few days now your feeling it! Maybe even you got sick? Thats normal! If your getting sick or throwing up thats totally normal your body is not use to all this!
Today I added the weights and my shoulder is killing me! Jumping jacks and push ups are becoming harder. And I have to do the push ups as a modified! I hope to have that last surgery soon!
I pulled out an old picture of me and my husband looked at that and said " WOW! Was that really you? Is that hot woman what your going to look like?" I dropped my head " He then said I love you no matter what I think your hot!" I love my guy but I have to admit he did make me feel good!
Today I did the work out before coffee before anyone woke up! It was hard but I remember doing this before and I can do it again!
This week if you need a challenge I challenge anyone to wake up 30 min early before anyone wakes up work out start your day! Then the work out wont be pushed aside because it was done! You will have more energy and the rest of the day to play with the kids!
I never knew you wrote children's books! And you should definitely ask your mother in law to go on walks. I think she would enjoy an evening stroll.
