Welp here is the deal! At 300-355 cal a meal for lunch I ate every day ( and it was hard!) I end the 3 weeks with no weight gain what so ever! I had breakfast which I dont eat and lunch every day. I got the kids to eat fruits and vegies and they are even getting along better.
When I was in school people said nothing about the school food. Now my generation is saying its all fatening. Why???? Because when they were in school they had cookies soda and all kinds of junk we dont have in the school any more. Now mind you how healthy is a cheese burger? Not so healthy in my opnion. However it is kinda. You have your meat ( portiene) and bun ( grain). How easy is it to cook for 1k people? Not! The kids put on the weight in my opnion because they have no healthy eating habbits. They are left to choose at school what they wanna eat. So they choose the meal and no veggies or fruites. In elementry school they are required to get one of the fruites or veggies. But once they hit middle school its all on them.
So if your kids are over weight I say this. its eather bad eating habbits or genitics. There is no reason why the kids should be shuveling the food in there mouth. Are they getting milk or are they bringing juice? Are they drinking soda? What do the kids eat at home?

This months challange
Its become quite clear to me that everyone is not understanding why on earth am I doing a food challange when I am trying to loose weight. And to top it all off why am I doing school lunches?!
Well here is your answer. I didnt get into the dress for my christmas photos so being that this is a small month of school I thought it couldnt dammage too much if I show once and for all that school lunches may not be the most healthy food. However in most cases the best food these kids get but that its not that fatening.
I have put on 3 lbs in this week and at the same point lost 1 lb. Now thats not saying that all the food I have been eating is packing on the pounds. Because as women our weight dose change from week to week.
This week I have tryed to est the cheese burger the pizza all the junk the kids would eat. On monday I ate the steak burrito ( Packed with bell pepers onions cheese!) Which is something we all would have ordered at some time! I ate the chinese food on Tuesday and on wed I had the cheese burger Thursday pizza and today I may wave the flag and have yogert. Its a option. Im just sick of having this food already!
How can these kids eat the same thing every day is beyond me! My son could eat chicken nuggets every day!

Decembers challange!
With all the questions about school lunches being un healthy and all the parents blaming someone else for there kids weight gain I decided to eat lunches ( post the school lunch menu and everything ) And prove once and for all that its not the lunches the kids are eating.
So here we go.
Wed December 1st I weighed 180 lbs in the moring
I had Cheese bread for breakfast and I chose the Chinese food for lunch
The menu for that day was
Cinnamon rolls chocolate chip muffen cheese zombie pizza cheese bread poptarts milk and juice
Chicken burger hamburger Pizza Buritos sandwiches ( Roast beef turkey and pb&j ) Chinese food chips or tatertots fruite fresh milk.
Now if the children choose they can buy cookies chips gateraid snapple water popcorn. However that isnt part of the menu so I dont choose to eat that stuff in the exparment.
Tuesday December 2nd I weighed 180 lbs

Breakfast I had a sasage patty Lunch was pizza with chips and ranch dressing. Water no fruite
Breakfast was the same as above however the muffen was a chocolate one with sprinkles
Lunch is always the same however the special was a fish sticks. And being that I cant eat fish I had the pizza.
Im not putting the blame game anywhere. However I am just trying to prove that the lunches are not as packed with the junkfoods that everyone says. Yeah if you want to go to the extreem in healthy they could be healthyer however they are full of the fruites veggies and non surgery sweet junk that everyone says they are

Thanksgiving
Today is the day after Thanksgiving. And I feel stuffed! I didnt even eat as much as my family but I ate a whole lot. How about everyone. Did you all eat too much? So after we all ate I went shopping. Just like always. And this year I spent so much I am soooo broke. However we have everything done except my husbands shoping.
So I walked all over the place and this month with out working out just walking I lost 9" off my legs. No weight however. I can not fit into my dress. Sigh. SO sadly I will have to wear something different.
So next month I will have to work out. Im going to try my hardedt to work out every other day and looks like I may be able to pull it off. That is unless my mother-in-laws work needs me to work for them. I will because we need the money. I will have to work something out for my work outs.
For this month I havent lost a lb. However my butt looks great! So go out and walk! WALK! The shoes work.

And I keep walking
Although I keep walking a lot every where This last week was a bit different. Thursday Friday no school so not much to do. However My grandmother fell the Friday before that so I have been crazy dealing with her Dr appointments and stuff. I haven't had time to do my laundry much less measure my legs or work out. I feel like I am at a stand still and I wont be in my dress by the December cut off. We will have to find a different outfit for the Holiday pictures I guess.
I have been feeling skinny lately though. I sit on the couch and because the dog and I can sit on the same corner of the couch I feel better. I still have the rolls. I still am exhausted a lot but I keep pushing forward. The next few months are the hardest to eat better and live healthy, due to all the Holiday pie and junk food but I am sure Ill push forward!
I do recommend these shoes. My back feels better then it has in years. My legs are feeling so much better and my butt is so much smaller in just a few weeks! I have a bad back. I see a chiropractor every month I had surgery for my disks, and I have nerve damage so my legs cramp and hurt a lot! Although it wont cure the problems it helps so much I feel like I can walk more! I can get out of a chair with out being in pain! It has been wonderful!
There is two more weeks in this month that I will be hopping for 2-4 inches a week loss on my legs however I am happy with what I have!
So if you ask me yes these shoes do work. If your looking for these to do the whole job of weight loss alone. No they wont work alone. However they will help along what your doing. If its just eating better or working out. If your just walking every night or day then YES they will do! They are not as expensive right now so if you can go out and buy a pair!

One week of walking
My leggs are killing me! My butt is so sore! But I keep walking. I knoticed that I use muccels that I havent used in years! Im thinking these shoes work!
As mentioned before my Measurements for my leggs are 30" And now a week later they are 26" That is a 4" loss in one week! My husband has said even my butt has bubbled up and looks so much more smaller! I can not even begine to explain how excited I am about this.
I say if you can go out and buy some! They can be expensive but this time of the year they are trying to unload this years shoes and start a new line next year. My pants are even baggy!
Yesterday I did take a day off of the shoes as my leggs were sooo killing me but today I am back in them! And I dont hurt near as much!
The advrage person walks alot more then they think they do. We walk from our parking spot to the store around the store and back to our car. Drive home and walk! We get our mail we clean our homes we work and working well......some people walk more then others but we walk!
You can burn a whole lot off with these shoes!!!!! Im still moving and groving! My husband even wants a pair!
My son has joined me on my being in better shape and he has a 6 pack abbs! I love that kid!

A change in plans
I started this blog hopping to keep myself working out. Well Although I have been loosing the weight I havent exactly stuck to my plans. So now I have decided for 30 days I will try one thing that should help me loose weight or not. I will see how it helps or doesnt. I will blog about it and so on.
This month I am wearing the new walking shoes. Shape Ups. I will see if its all talk and hype or if they realy work. I still hope to lose weight however I am going to do it all with a twist.
If anyone wants me to try some weight loss diet or something ( that I can do) please recomend it.
Next month I plan on eating nothing but School food. I figure to many people say its un healthy and say there kids are fat and blah blah. I will blow it out of the water. I wont put any weight on. I bet I will loose some in the process......However if someone has a better idea I will be more then happy to do something different. Being that next month is December and two weeks school will be out so it will be hard to eat nothing but school food.

Keeping moving
On rainy days I wonder if I can keep myself moving. Today was no exception. It has been raining hard and all day. After months of moving and just keeping up with the world I find myself just sitting back. And I had decided its ok to take a break one day. Not because it is raining but because sometimes its just wonderful to just relax.
Over the weekend I had bought some of those new Walking shoes. Im trying out the Skecher shape-ups. Yesterday I walked a mall and by the end of that my butt was killing me. Then I went to Great America and kept walking! I dont know yet how well they will work. I wish I could comapir them to the Rebock ones but Im only one person! So here gose 30 days of wearing them and seeing how well they hold up!
I will measure and weigh in on Monday!
So today I went from a size 18 - a size 14! It feels great! Im glad I still have my smaller pants!
Wed I do my Yoga and every day I will work out! I thank everyone for there support!
My mother in law would be so happy if I had another baby right now! And that would be not good for my weight loss. My sister in law is having a baby and so here gose my partner in my working out but she is still there for support!

Yoga Today!
Once a week I go out with my sister-in-law to Yoga. We have been doing this for the last few weeks! Today is week #4 I believe! Any how I am looking forward to yoga with my wonderful friend! And her friends which have started becoming my friends as well.......
Today I am wearing a size pants that almost dont fit. It will help me keep on track! Im excited because in just 3 months I have gone down 3 sizes! From a 18-14! It not like it was all that hard! All I had to do was eat smart. Excersize a bit more. And more means walking further walking insted of driving or riding the bike. Because seriously I have no reason to drive 1/2 a mile to drop the boy off to school deal with all the other parents who drive and drive back? I can burn cal. insted of gas!
I have been making sure we eat our 5 and 5 servings of fruites and veggies! Every meal has a grain, Protiene, Veg, fruite, glas of milk. Its easy! Dinner is always at 630! I make it startimg at 530! Quick and easy cook books! Sometimes a crock pot is set up the night before and then we plug it in before we head out the door!
I have not been loosing much weight. However this weekend I will measure myself and see where I sit!
Im thinking about having my sister-in-law join me on this adventure now that she is doing yoga. Its not like she has to loose 50 lbs by Christmas but it would be nice to log her start and see how well she dose!
My whole family is getting in better shape! Im loving our new look on life!

2nd month!
Two months down! I cant believe its been two month! I havent lost much weight as the second month has been hard but with the house guest gone and life going back to normal I hope that all will go back on track.
So here is the stats........
I have lost 16 lbs. That is not where I had planed to be at this time. So tomorrow morning I hope to pop in the 30 day shred video and start all over. I should be on the 3rd part by now and lost over 30 lbs however last month was a bust. So tomorrow I will start again on #1.
I have gone from a size 18 to a size 14..........Which is a huge thing. Now mind you the 14 size I have is stretched to its limit and I cant put all the 14 cloths on so I guess I am really a 16 however it is helping me to think I can wear a 14! I need to be in the size 12 by December.
So when my child was born in 2005 I had weighed over 250 lbs. I lost the 50 lbs quickly then went on strike and gained a lot back and in 2006 I started to loose weight again. I'm not sure exactly how much I have lost over the last few years! But I know I couldn't fit in my pants at all. I was wearing my sweet pants after work.
So to keep myself motivated and everyone who is following me I am going to just have to say I have lost almost 100 lbs in the last 4 years. And being that just eating right was not working as well as I had hoped now I am adding aerobic activity as well.
Starting last Wednesday I started doing Yoga with my sister-in-law and I am hopping my other sister-in-law and mother-in-law joins us next Wednesday. I would like to think I will continue the yoga on my own maybe Mondays and Fridays however I am not sure. I had done yoga for years before I herniated the disks in my back ( L4,L5 and S1) and dislocated my shoulder. After my shoulder I had continued trying to do yoga as I didnt want to loose my girlish figure. But it is hard when you can not do some things like lift your arm above your head.
So with all my injures I still manage to try to stay active.
I have never been very limber even though I have done yoga from age 9 but hey your only as limber as you are. Thats just how it is. I remember one of my dance classes my instructor was so limber and then she got hurt. Her replacement was dancing like 5 or more years more then my old instructor and I was more limber then she was.
So here is the plan..........
Monday I will do 20 min of the shred
Tuesday I will break maybe do some yoga
Wed I will do 20 min shred and yoga
Thursday I will break
Friday I will do 20 min shred and yoga
Sat 20 min shred

Busy busy week!
This last week no house guest! I however havent poped in the video yet because of one thing or another. It always seams like life gets into the way! We are still riding the bike and walking and so much other stuff. I tend to not sit for more then 30 min then I get up do a lot of stuff and sit. 10-15 min I get up. Watching tv every comercial I get up and do stuff! From my last few days I weighed my self and I have lost 3 lbs! I weigh 185 now!
I would love to just have a life w/out having to work out and maintain my weight with my normal activitys! I have been having the boy walk and ride and do stuff with me. Hopping that he keeps active will help me.

Last night I cooked Mash potatoes ( Not from a box) Corn ( from a can) and chicken fryed steak! Its all healthy! If you make foods from scratch not from a box or quick and easy foods it helps being healthy!
My sister-in-law has lost weight! She has been trying hard I guess.......I should ask her how its going. But its slow so Im not sure I wanna get into it with her.
I like my fast weight loss!
So tonight I may make something quick and easy. However I wont over eat! The key is everything in moderation
SO this week..........along with keeping track of what your taking in see where you could make better choices. Like fresh mash potatoes insted of instant!

Are you still with me????

So its been almost 2 months and the adventure has taken a bad turn. I started out working out every day while my child was at day camp. I did great lost a lot of weight and all was well. My son then started school. I went back to work and we still worked out. And to add to it all we rode a bike ( tandem) to school . As you can see the boy LOVES his new bike. We ride it a lot. And lately that is the exercises were getting.
Back to my rant. I lost a lot of weight and then school started and we were still working out but then when the new month started A old Friend/ ex room mate and his girlfriend got kicked out of there place of residents. And being the nice people we are we invited them to stay for 1 week! Then my husband told them we can not afford to feed them and so on. Well That morning after they showed up I woke up to NO coffee. After I had set it up the morning before. And the living room was taken over the lights un plugged so there computer was plugged in and so on....... Oh OK I can deal no work out. Thats fine I will just get it in the noon time. Nope no work out TV still occupied. Evening? Nope So needless to say were half way through this month and I haven't worked out. They have eaten so much of my food I cant afford to eat and I'm still not loosing weight!
I now ( as of this morning) weigh 188.5 lbs thats a 15 lb loss. I want to be in my size 12 dress by Christmas and that wont happen if I cant get my TV back. My house back, heck I cant even get a tree in here unless they move out because I have some cleaning to do and they just are in the way of getting the play room cleaned out so a tree can go in.
I'm still ridding the bike every day except Fridays. Monday as of right now I am not working and if I dint get a call I will ride to get the boy as well
I have taken this week to see what I normally take in as of my cal count but I cant get an accurate count because of the house guest and I am just about to get all my food in the freezer and lock the door.
I should have known something was up when his girl Friend said " Your going to make me gain my weight back with all these granola bars and whole milk " I didn't buy them for her. I got them for my kid. Sadly he never got any of the milk. I had to buy another gal of milk!
I will try this week to get my life back and my husband will sit down with them and tell them we can not afford the extra food cost water pg&e and told them they had 1 week they need to find a place by the end of the month. That isn't that harsh is it?

Week 6????
I'm sorry guys I went on Vacation on September 3rd. On the 6th is our anniversary and although we had allot of plans that weekend no one in our life let us do what we planed. It was a busy instead of a relaxing vacation. We had friends move in so now it is even harder to work out. I cant get the tv from the friends to work out......
But thats ok they will eat all the food soon so we will just starve. I wont starve but I feel like something has to happen......
So my weigh in. I weighed 186.5 lbs on sept 3rd! That was awesome! Great! Then while on vacation I gained because we had to eat out junky food alot.......long story short we were watching a friends house and the little girl that was to come by and check on the dogs to make sure we didn't need help getting them to eat had to come by every day and so I had to go find something fast to eat so the boy could go to bed........So now I weigh 191! Sigh.............
So Septembers beginning weigh in is 191 for me I guess.
Today I am starting to keep track of my cal count. I guess I can watch that and maybe I can cut down somewhere!
My Mother-In-Law has lost 40 lbs just watching how much cal she takes in.........
So here is this weeks challenge. Write down what you take in for everything every day for the week
Dose it add up to 2k? More? Less?
At the end of this week ( on the weekend) Add everything up see where you can cut back..... I already know I need to cut back on my creamer..........I wont give them up!

End of the first month
It is the end of the first month and although I did great the first few weeks I feel I fell off the horse when the boy went back to school. I need to get home so I can work out after school.
Ok so here is some things we all can do now that school is back in. You want to eat out? Great go for it. You say you want to eat at an all you can eat place? Dont go in your stretchy pants. Wear the cloths that just fit! Once your belly is full you will stop quicker. No time? Fast food? Who says you have to have the meal? Get the Meal for one person supersize it or what ever and then split the frys between you the other grown up and kids. Get the kids apples and eat some of there apples. Share the drink with the other grown up!
Thats the tip of the week folks.
I will go weigh on the first of the month. I do hope I lost 10 lbs! But I fear I didnt. Well I did start riding the bike more so who knows!

Week 4
This last week I took off kinda. I still was active and thats what really counts. We went to the water park the Theam park rode our bikes walked around San Francisco. We were active! But I took the time off because it was the last week before school started and I wanted to do stuff with my child. The one I am trying to make my self have more energy for? Yeah him!
Today we plan on riding the bikes to the school and meet the new teacher. Tomorrow I will ride him to school on the bike and then go back get my car go to work. I love that child of mine. I wish I could be there to pick him up his first day but alass I have to work as well. The good thing is when he isnt in school I am not working.
I have been trying to not eat out much and that has saved us money. We have been eating healthy for awhile which actually saves us money! I make the foods from scratch and we eat better. It is cheeper in the short term to buy boxed food but in the long term make it all the way our grandparents did is so much better for your wallet and your weight! We get our 5 servings aday. We get our healthy side and if we choose to have cake or ice cream sometimes there is room! Heck I even have made that as well!
Im working on my GF breads because I have alot of friends who are GF and that would be great to have them over sometime for dinner or stuff.....But the main thing is being GF is healthy. I do see the bennifits to being GF or mostly eat GF foods even if you dont have to be GF it is better for the system.
All summer it hasnt been hot. We had like 80 at the hottest but not realy hot! So going out for a jog or walk hasnt been bad. That is untill yesterday! OMG! It was so hot yesterday I didnt cook. We went out to Sweet Tomatoe. I figured the salad and stuff would be good for me. I had Ice tea and milk insted of soda.
Tonight I plan on making stir and dump chicken.
So here is the deal you mix up catalina dressing lipton oion soup mix and apricot, peach or plum jelly pour over your chicken breast cook at 350 for like 1 hr ( 50 min sometimes) and serve over rice. Gose well with peas. And vala you have all your food groups healthy easy and mostly home made. We use the home made jams my bil makes. But if he didnt make them I would make my own I sware!
If its too hot to cook again it will be taco salad! With chicken strips
Welp hope you all are working out well and rember to weigh in at the end of this week! Even if you dont tell me just do it.

Starting week 3!
If your still with me its been 2 weeks down! And now starting week 3! Wow where did the time go? 3 weeks! This is great! However if your anything like me now is crunch time. You get the " I can do it a bit later" And Later comes " Ahhh Ill skip today Ive been doing so well" Don't do it a week will slip by! And then you will start loosing ground!
I feel great! I don't know how much I have lost but I do know I'm holding myself better. I'm eating better!
Now I bet your running out of things to do getting tired of the same video or something! Well mix it up! We love to do Yoga in the morning before the boy gos to school!It has been helping him out so much!
I have done some work outs on TV some of the ones I have the key is to keep working out.
As I write this I am watching Julie & Julia! I know its funny so many people started blogging after this movie! But this is not what I am looking for.
If you want honesty I really want to hear my one sister-in-law be jealous at my skinny butt! I know how horrible but if you ever met her you would just be the same as me. What can I do to make this woman mad! She gos out of her way to make us mad so.............
So if your out there working out with me congrats! On starting week 3!
Week 3 and I have a challange for you this week!
Dont go out to fast food! Make an easy quick healthy meal at home! Try this one
Chicken breast
Orange
Italian Dressing
White wine ( optional)
In a Carroll dish or large deep pan place chicken breast. Pour over dressing to cover chicken. Slilf slicece orange in half. One half slice in rounds! Placing over chicken breast. Other half squeeze over everything. Pour 1/2 cup -1 cup white wine over all ( Optional) and cook in oven at 350 for 45-1 hr depending on how many chicken breast and so on.
Serves over egg noodles or rice well! Use sause over on top!
You dont like chicken! Youll love this recipee! My kid loves it!
Welp off to my coffee!!!! Dont forget Monday is tomorrow! Work out. Go for a walk. If your doing it all you will have more energy to be with your life and not the tv!

Start week 2 Day 7!
So I bet your wondering what I plan on accomplishing with this blog. Well.........I hope to have people to work out with. I hope to keep myself working out. And finish something I started! Ive never really finished anything I started when I started it. High School? Nope dropped out. I finished years later. Collage? Finished years later. Any project I start I never finish. I have like 5 children's books that need to be re written have pictures and then resubmitted. Not done yet! I do manage to finish most stuff but it takes a back burner! I started wrestling years ago! and I was doing great then I dislocated my shoulder and I haven't stepped into a ring/ done any serious work out nothing from 1999. It is just me!
So here we sit I know I said I didn't want to weigh myself but I couldn't help! I now weigh 189! Thats an average of 1 lb a day loss! But I'm not going to do the weigh in till Sept 2nd! The real trick will be the week of Sept 6th. Thats my 8 year anniversary and we vacation every year that week! I hope I keep it up or I will never fit into that dress by Christmas! I have this dress. Its a size 12! I would love to be able to wear it again! This Christmas would be a nice time!
I think my mother-in-law should work out with me! She needs to loose weight before she has surgery! But I don't know if she would be interested! Maybe I could get her to at least go for walks with us!!!
Well anyways back to the work out. If you have been with me for a few days now your feeling it! Maybe even you got sick? Thats normal! If your getting sick or throwing up thats totally normal your body is not use to all this!
Today I added the weights and my shoulder is killing me! Jumping jacks and push ups are becoming harder. And I have to do the push ups as a modified! I hope to have that last surgery soon!
I pulled out an old picture of me and my husband looked at that and said " WOW! Was that really you? Is that hot woman what your going to look like?" I dropped my head " He then said I love you no matter what I think your hot!" I love my guy but I have to admit he did make me feel good!
Today I did the work out before coffee before anyone woke up! It was hard but I remember doing this before and I can do it again!
This week if you need a challenge I challenge anyone to wake up 30 min early before anyone wakes up work out start your day! Then the work out wont be pushed aside because it was done! You will have more energy and the rest of the day to play with the kids!

Days 5 & 6
Both were very unevent full. Although it was different to work out with the boy around it just happened. It was actually cute as he tryed to work out with me! It has been getting better and better every day and now I can almost do the whole video w/out stopping!
Pre work out check list
Go potty ( Because if your jumping around and need to go it wont be good!)
Get water.
Have shoes on! Pull hair back! And start video!
When stopping only stop to during some water then go back right away!

Now next week I will try waking up way early so I dont have the boy trying to work out with me. Although its cute he is in the way and I will get hurt.

Day 4
Today was hard! First off I spent 2 hrs trying to connect to the internet just so I could balance the check book. Sending my Husband a text message was impossible! Something is crazy! So my whole day is off!
I did my shred video Nothing special. Yeah it was hard but I did it all. As I was working out though I though " Hey I could take a day off blog like I worked out and no one would know" But I would know! So here I sit I worked out like a good girl.
Yesterday after I picked up the boy I felt so great we played after school together! I havent had that kind of energy in 2 years! It felt good! Then we walked the dog to the park and played! Its so nice to be apart of my child's life! I tell my son how he needs to keep moving but I dont do anything! I feel so much better!
Last night I had to go to costco and because of that we had junky hot dogs soda. But I guess onece in awhile thats ok.

Day 3!
Today is the 3rd day and its the hardest because I'm in so much pain! It was extremely hard to get up this morning. Walking has been hard. Oh and I had to run this morning to get the child off to his class. UGH that was hard! I was screaming "Julianne you need to get off my back!" All I could hear was her saying " Come on you can do it don't stop now!" I did I made it through the drop off.
I came home and popped in the video then decided hey lets check the on demand one and see if its different. So I did the Comcast On Demand one and its the same. But hey it was nice. I got all the way to the last cardeo through it and then I was thinking " Hey I can do this I don't hurt near as much as I did yesterday!"
So I finished the video stretched the legs out abit more and I feel great! Day three and the pain isn't near as bad! So here we go! Now remember my shoulder? I cant use the weights yet! My dr doesn't want me to use more then 2 lbs. And I need to wait till I have been doing the work out for 7 days to add the 2 lbs! So I have been doing all this w/out weights.
I haven't been eating much in the way of junk food but to be honest I have cut Junk food out of my diet along time ago! Friday I will have Mc Donalds because I promised the boy. But thats once this week and I am sure I can find something healthy on the menu!
I have one more day of this work out while the boy is in school and then I need to move it to the morning before he wakes up. Today I will go get all of the boys baby and daycare toys ready to sell off tomorrow. I have no activities planned for the day but thats ok. As long as I am busy and not sitting on the couch it should help! The key here is to not eat so much junk food keep moving and work out hard!
In 30 days I will see 20 lbs loss! I will then cut more junk food out and more moving around in!
The problem is today I find out my husband may loose his job! Which means I will go back to work. Thats more moving for me! My husband will stay home with the school age child ( not fair I had the last 5 years and I was looking forward to some me time!) But one of us needs to be there for him and I can make more money working on cars then he can on Unemployment.
So heres to hopping I can stay home a few more months finish school and my husband keeps his job I loose my 20 lbs this month ( maybe even 30!)
Is there anyone following me? I do hope this is helping someone out there. Besides me! Hey its making me do my work out just hoping someone needs to see this!
Todays advise! Stretch more after the work out is finished! Do joggers stretch 30 seconds each side or a min each side Stretch out those legs more today! And the pain will slowly go away!

Day 2
Ok so today was harder! I woke up in pain. My legs abs back arms everything. I almost even talked myself into taking a day off. But then I said how can I do that already? So I began my work out.
I cant believe how hard yet easy it was. I was hurting but at the same time the movements were easier today! I bet tomorrow it will be better. I hear that if your hurting the day after a work out then you need to push through it and work out again the next and next till the pain is gone and move on to make it harder. So here we go!
If your joining me on this adventure thats great! It doesn't matter if your behind me or ahead of me. But having someone to work out with makes it better because now you have someone counting on you!
Here is a few tips I have
If your doing the shred video with me and you have no weights grab two caned foods. Make sure there the same thing and made by the same people. Because you want the weight to be the same.
If you have shoulder injury's like me then spend the first week w/out weights and work into adding the weights in. I will find out what the cans weigh and let you all know.
Yesterday was a great day because I wasn't feeling well. ( Insert scarscasim eye roll here) I did eat well but not much. I had Risen Bran for breakfast two cups of coffee and a 8oz galss of water.
Lunch was salad and because I wasn't feeling well sprite
Dinner? Mandarin Orange chicken rice no veggie and sprite. I did say I wasn't feeling well right?
I am not weighing myself every day! So don't ask what I weigh till day 30!

So right now I am working out while my child is in day camp. When that is over I will start working out early and when school starts up I will have to start at like 6am! Just so I can keep up! I have a job with the school district so here we go!
I use to wake up at 5am and go for a morning jog years ago beflre I started dating my husband. But that ended when we started dating!

Yesterday was a great day because I wasn't feeling well. ( Insert scarscasim eye roll here) I did eat well but not much. I had Risen Bran for breakfast two cups of coffee and a 8oz galss of water.
Lunch was salad and because I wasn't feeling well sprite
Dinner? Mandarin Orange chicken rice no veggie and sprite. I did say I wasn't feeling well right?
I am not weighing myself every day! So don't ask what I weigh till day 30!

So right now I am working out while my child is in day camp. When that is over I will start working out early and when school starts up I will have to start at like 6am! Just so I can keep up! I have a job with the school district so here we go!
I use to wake up at 5am and go for a morning jog years ago beflre I started dating my husband. But that ended when we started dating!

Day 1
Today I start the journey of loosing weight. So many people say there going to do it. I have said I would and then I loose like 5 lbs and stop. So today with everyone as my witness I will not stop! I will go through the 30 day Shred video twice!
Here is the plan.
First 30 days I will do level 1
Second 30 days Level 2
last 30 days Level 3
Then when I am done with level three I will step it up. Do the work out on the more advance movements and then I will start all over same as above!
Aug will be Level 1
Sept will be Level 2
Oct will be Level 3
Then Nov Will be level 1 with advance movements
Dec will be level 2 with advance movements and then Jan will be the last level
I should loose Ideally 60 lbs. I loose more I will be excited.
So like I said Today I started. I worked out kinda I had to stop to drink water then catch my breath. And the Jumping Jacks! Oh my god! I think I was going to die.
I am at 193.2 lbs.
Abs are 461/2 inches
Arms 16 inches
Chest 40 Inches
If you are looking at this and saying " I'm bigger then her I cant do this!"
Your wrong! I have back injuries and shoulder injuries I am over coming. Its hard on me. I had lost 30 lbs in 3 years and I am done with the slow weight loss.
